Second-degree condensing economizers

Second-degree condensing economizer is designed to recover additional heat from a low-temperature potential heat source.

This equipment increases the efficiency of the existing boiler room, saves fuel, emits less CO2 into the environment, and helps to reduce the cost of thermal energy for consumers.

Here, high-temperature potential heat drives the process.

By applying an efficiency solution, a portion of the heat that would be released into the environment with the exhaust gases is recovered and supplied to centralized heat supply consumers.

The second-stage condensing economizer uses condensate, which cools the flue gases.

In the heat pump, the condensate is constantly cooled, so the heat recovered from the condensate is transferred to the heat networks.

Second-degree condensing economizer is designed to recover the remaining portion of heat by cooling biomass combustion products (flue gases) to 22 – 35 °C.
