Laser cutting
We cut various materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass. We use “AMADA LCG – 3015 AJ 4 kW” laser machine for cutting. We can accurately and providing high quality cut steel up to 25 mm thick, stainless steel and aluminum up to 20 mm thick, bronze, copper, titanium and brass blanks up to 10 mm. The maximum size of the cut sheet is 3000×1500.
Laser cutting guidelines
When you start laser cutting, it’s essential to follow the correct laser cutting guidelines. These guidelines help the
process run more efficiently and accurately, resulting in a higher quality end product. Our detailed delivery specifications provide clear instructions for achieving optimal results.
Maximum dimensions of parts Length 3000mm Width 1500mm Thickness all materials 25mm Max part weight 920kg -
Sheet metal bending
We use modern CNC folding machines for metal folding. Advanced folding machines allow folding of even complex parts and ensure the accuracy and quality of the hinges. AMADA HFE 3I press brake models are currently operating in the company.
Guidelines for bending
ANTARA LT provides sheet metal bending guidelines focused on process optimization and dimensional accuracy. Key parameters such as bend angles and applied force are defined to support a stable, efficient, and repeatable bending operation.
Max dimensions and forces Maximum aluminium thickness 10mm Maximum Mild steel thickness 10mm Maximum stainless steel thickness 10mm Maximum product length 3000mm Maximum bends in part 20 Maximum force for bending 100 tons Maximum part weight 120 kg Tolerances:
- Angle tolerance is ± 0,5˚
- Bending tolerance for each bending is ± 0,5

CNC turning and milling
We perform turning and milling using modern “machining center” (CNC). Programmable machines ensure maximum accuracy and shortest production time. We can drill, deepen, thread, mill contours and form flat, cylindrical or conical, straight or helical surfaces.

Welding
We perform TIG welding of aluminum, black and stainless steel in argon environment or MIG/MAG/ROBOT welding. For manual welding, we use Kemppi welding semi-automatic machines with a welding current of up to 200A. A (MIG/MAG) ABB welding robot with an ESAB power supply is used for series production. The current is up to 500A.
