Ash Multicyclone

Multicyclone Ash Separator is designed to clean the smoke of industrial boilers from ashes to prevent them from entering the environment. The multicyclone operates on the principle of centrifugal force. Heavy particles, under the influence of centrifugal force, are deposited in the collection bin at the bottom of the cyclone, while smoke exits the cyclone without sediment.
The Multicyclone Ash Separator is installed immediately after the boiler in the flue gas system.

INTEGRATED MULTICYCLONE INTO THE BOILER
Immediately after the boiler’s heat exchanger, a battery-type ash multicyclone can be mounted on the boiler body, saving space in the boiler room. With the help of the multicyclone, hazardous, burning embers are deposited at the bottom of the cyclone, while smoke exits the cyclone without sediment.
The efficiency coefficient of the ash multicyclone ranges from 80 to 89 percent.
