Dry type economizers

The economizer is designed for additional heat extraction from the outgoing boiler combustion products.

The returning water to the boiler is directed through the economizer, where it circulates and heats up from the outgoing combustion products from the boiler, and the water exiting the economizer is about 2-3 °C higher in temperature.

By raising the temperature of the water returning to the boiler, the economizer allows it to operate at a lower power, thus saving additional fuel.

Thanks to the economizer, the exhaust gases are cleaned and cooled, and the heat is used for additional preheating of the water, increasing efficiency by up to 15%.
