Sleeve particulate filter

Sleeve filter is designed for cleaning combustion products of heating boilers. The filter is installed in the smoke removal system behind the ash cyclone.

Hot combustion products entering the device in the inlet chamber strike the separation plate, separating the chamber from the filtering elements, and under the influence of the draft created by the smoke exhaust fan, they travel downwards until they reach the bottom of the filtering elements, then rise up, passing through the sleeves of the filtering elements. Solid particles in combustion products settle on the filter material.

On the surface of the PTFE filter material, particles that have settled periodically removed downwards by blowing compressed air into the inside of the sleeves. Clean combustion products come out of the sleeve filter.
